The Lux Group finishes the Apple Watch entirely by hand in Beverly Hills, through three steps — polish, plate, and verify — without ever opening the watch. The device stays sealed and fully functional; only the exterior is transformed.

1 · Polish
We strip Apple’s matte factory finish and diamond-polish the watch body — titanium on the Ultra, surgical-grade 316L stainless steel on Series models — to a mirror shine.
2 · Plate (gold pieces)
Genuine gold is applied over the stainless-steel body as a complete, sealed unit — available in nickel-free 24K yellow gold or rose gold plating. The watch is never disassembled, so seals, sensors, and water resistance are preserved. These pieces are gold-plated, not solid gold — real gold over a stainless-steel body.
3 · Verify
Every gold piece is checked for purity by non-destructive X-ray fluorescence (XRF) — no acids, no destruction, the watch untouched.

Apple Watch Series stainless models are surgical-grade 316L stainless steel; the Ultra is aerospace-grade titanium. We finish over those bodies — never a snap-on shell, never a wrap. Gold plating is available in genuine 24K yellow gold (nickel-free and hypoallergenic) or rose gold.
Transformed outside. Untouched inside.
Because we never open the watch, every Apple function works exactly as designed — heart rate and ECG sensors, GPS, cellular, charging, and water resistance. A gold-plated watch purchased from The Lux Group carries a 5-year limited warranty on the body (registration required within 30 days; bands not covered).
Gem-setting, by request.
For collectors, we set precious stones by hand — our Diamond Edition treatment. Gem-set commissions are made to order with a 3–5 month lead time; your concierge will confirm stones, layout, and timeline at the time of order.
